- The screening interview is a chance for us to learn more about you, your motivation for applying to Kuehne+Nagel, and for you to get to know our company and the position better.
- There are no right or wrong answers here. It's simply an opportunity for us to evaluate whether Kuehne+Nagel is the best fit for you.
- Consider preparing a brief summary of your CV, including your proudest achievements, and how you would excel in the role. You can also use this time to mention anything that you may have left out of your CV, to strengthen your application.
- If you're asked to complete a video interview, you'll need to record yourself answering a series of questions. Our recruiters will use your responses to evaluate your profile further.

- To prepare for your interview, it's best to match your skills and experiences to the job description. We're interested in hearing about your perspective on the tasks mentioned in the role, your work style, and previous projects you've worked on.
- Remember that this interview is a conversation, not an interrogation. It's an opportunity for you to ask us about the company, the role, our culture, and any other aspects of the job that interest you.
- We'll also discuss your availability and any other requirements we have to find the best candidate for the job.
- Depending on the role you're applying for, we may invite you for a trial day at Kuehne+Nagel. This will allow you to get a feel for the job, and for us to observe you in action. Your recruiter will provide all the necessary information via email.

Offer and onboarding

- Once you received the offer, please review the contract terms and compensation package carefully. You'll need to respond in writing to accept or decline the offer.
We'll also reach out to provide more information about the company values, onboarding, and what to expect during your first few days at Kuehne+Nagel. You'll receive this information a few days before your start date.
