Customer Solutions
A team driven to deliver value for our Customers through supply chain visibility. Enabling Customers to reduce workload and at the same time optimize their trannsport costs. Supporting our national Sales Colleagues to attract new and, secure exisiting business through information solutions for Air, Road and Sea Logistic Customers.
Commercial BID Team
The UK tender team are a critical part of our Sales Organisation and work collaboratively across the total Kuehne+Nagel UK Senior Management Team to strategically drive the creation of Customer centric commercial solutions. The team plays an active role in designing and pricing solutions that deliver value into our Customers’ business to ultimately retain existing business and increase our win ratio with new opportunities. Maintaining relationships with key individuals at all levels of the organisation is paramount to success.
Key Account Management
The Key Accounts team are responsible for some of the largest and most strategically important Customers, this team is all about developing and maintaining the Customer relationship so that we can work in long term partnerships and not just a transactional relationship. The front line sales roles are primarily focussed on either new business acquisition and/or existing Customer development, but either way the focus is always on the Customer and delivering long term sustainable solutions that add value to both the Customer and Kuehne+Nagel
Sales Training
Kuehne+Nagel UK Sales provides a wealth of training and development resources that include on-line, face to face and bespoke solutions. Our aim is to ensure all Colleagues can contribute their very best, to maintain KN's market leading service and innovation. Development covers product and process skills alongside personal and leaderhsip development
Pharma
The team constatntly evolving and so is a team of dynamic people solving rapidly evolving problems in a world where even the customers themselves may not know what they need, such is the pace of change. They use their experience & expertise along with their internal networks to join the dots and deliver solutions to Customers with critical needs and critical products
Business Information
The Business Information team are a key part of the backline sales support that enable our Customer facing Colleagues to be as efficient and effective as possible, with the team covering a huge variety of different tasks and responsibilities as they support in the more technical aspects of Sales such as: CRM management and training, Sales incentive implementation and management, Sales reporting, analytical support, customer segmentation and performance managenment
Key Account Programme Office
The Key Account Program Office combines our Supply Chain Design and Customer Excellence Managers focused on ensuring our Key Account Customers receive the best-in-class experience in terms of project-based Supply Chain Design analysis together with ongoing customer care and continuous improvement. The two roles within the team are;
Supply Chain Design
With the purpose of achieving higher levels of new business wins and business retention, our Supply Chain expertise works collaboratively internally and externally on a project basis following globally aligned methodology, to identify areas of improvement for Customer supply chain, realised through value propositions based on Kuehne+Nagel services.
Customer Excellence
Our Excellence Managers have a small portfolio of their own Customers, allowing them to ensure great Customer experience that is progressive in terms of not only maintaining service levels, but improving them, through a focus on issue resolution and continuous improvement.
