A small, long standing, UK based software team with experience in all aspects of logistics, providing web based solutions for niche KN problems. Our department's main task is the development and support of bespoke solutions for internal customers.
Computer

Service Desk

The IT Service Desk provides technical assistance, resolves issues, and fulfils change requests to maintain smooth KN IT system operations and aid employees efficiently.
Network

 IT Infrastructure

We are the engine room of the IT department. This team underpins all technical elements of the functional unit providing client support, server support, delivery of technical projects and the purchasing of all IT related requirements for the UK business needs.

Security

Providing assurance for those entrusting KN with their data by delivering a certified framework, support and resources to ensure we maintain a secure environment, actively minimising risks associated with cyber incidents or unauthorised access.
