My name is Agnieszka and I work at Kuehne+Nagel for almost 3,5 years. I started as a Logistics Operations Specialist and I became a Senior Logistics Operations Specialist shortly. I was handling air transportation of cosmetics. Then I was promoted to a Team Lead position, where I was leading an Air and Ocean Operations Teams for the same customer for almost 2 years. Since the beginning of October 2020 I am an Operations Manager, currently focused to build our team for a new Kuehne+Nagel customer.
How does work in your team look like? My team is diverse: we come from different cultures and sides of the globe. We also have experience and strengths within various areas, what I believe helps us to come up with interesting solutions as a Team. As there is many unpredicted and stressful situations during our daily work that we are facing with customer and carriers, we are trying to remain optimistic and reduce pressure internally by helping and supporting each other.
