Our core business is providing services to all our offices in the EMEA region. We aim to become a center of expertise within the Kuehne+Nagel organization, delivering excellent service and sustainable improvements through process optimization and cost-efficient solutions, supported by a world-class team.

Kuehne+Nagel Global Services in Belgrade was established in 2009 with just 7 employees supporting several processes. Today, we have a dedicated team of over 1,800 professionals that efficiently manages a wide range of operational tasks for our offices across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. 

We support internal clients and provide multiple benefits to different business and functional units: Sea Logistics, Road Logistics, Air Logistics, Customs, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.

I began my career in the Company in 2018 as an operator in an entry-level position, where I gained valuable experience and a solid understanding of the job fundamentals. Shortly after, I was promoted to a Supervisor role, which enabled me to develop my Team management skills. Following this, I spent two and a half years as a Process Specialist before advancing to the roles of Team Leader and later Team Manager. For the past two and a half years, I served as the Manager's successor, which prepared me for my current role as Sales and Marketing Senior Team Manager.
Last year, I successfully completed the Regional Talent Program, giving me the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from across Europe and contribute to an exciting project, further enhancing my experience and professional growth. I’m excited to see what the future holds!

My name is Bojana and I am an HR specialist supporting Global Talent Development team. My tasks are diverse, interesting, and inspiring. I support Succession Management process, Performance Enablement, global Korn Ferry projects, Forwarder Certification, Talent Identification, and various talent programs. I graduated from the local Talent Program for Future HR Experts in 2024. Being selected for this program was a wonderful experience that allowed me to learn about HR from different perspectives. We participated in numerous trainings, meetings, and group project, all culminating in a deliverable. Throughout the program, I met wonderful people and expanded my professional network significantly. Despite the challenges of balancing daily tasks with program duties, every minute of the experience was worth it.
