Operational Care Center (OCC)
Are you your best self when interacting with customers? Bring your customer service skills to the rich world of Sea Logsitics. Delivering on bold promises to our customers is the focus of the Operational Care Centre. This includes quality excellence, professional handling of service providers — such as carriers and hauliers — coupled with reliable and timely communication with the Customer Care Location (CCL).
