Asia-Pacific Graduate Programmes Overview
Our Graduate Programmes in Asia-Pacific centers around three key principles. Step into the world of logistics from day one. We believe that you grow best when you learn on the job. We will build your knowledge and skills in this industry, better than anyone can.
Our graduate programmes duration is either 12 months to 18 months, depending on the country location.
Dedicated and Cross Functional options
Depending on the business unit, our graduate trainees will embark either on a dedicated programme aimed at an accelerated career path or a cross functional programme for a broad based education.
Learn together, grow together
Our graduate trainees will be trained on the job itself. They will also partner with experienced mentors and a buddy for guidance to launch their logistics career.
The global GT community
Our trainees will be part of a longstanding community of former gradaute trainees. Leverage on the collective knowledge and experience for an enriching experience.
Personalized development plans
Our programme offers each trainee the opportunity to design their own personal development plans, based on managerial feedback and advanced psychometric tools.
Overseas Experience
