Our core business is providing services to all our offices in the EMEA region. We aim to become a center of expertise within the Kuehne+Nagel organization, delivering excellent service and sustainable improvements through process optimization and cost-efficient solutions, supported by a world-class team.

Kuehne+Nagel global Services in Belgrade was established in 2009 with just 7 employees supporting several processes. Today, we make a dedicated team of over 1,800 professionals that efficiently manages a wide range of operational tasks for our offices across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. 

We support internal clients and provide multiple benefits to different business and functional units: Sea Logistics, Road Logistics, Air Logistics, Customs, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.

Participation in the “Students to Students” Project 
We are delighted to announce our participation in the “Students to Students” project, organized by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, which took place on October 13th and 14th. Our HRBP, Bojana Milic, had the honor of greeting the students, presenting Kuehne+Nagel’s business operations and core values. As part of the project, a panel discussion was held on the topic: “Artificial Intelligence vs. Human Creativity: Is ChatGPT Changing the Work Dynamic?” Goran Cirkovic, our Transformation & Automation Manager, shared his insights on AI implementation in his work and within logistics companies. He highlighted that while AI is a powerful tool for enhancing efficiency, it cannot replace our ability to tackle unforeseen challenges, make strategic decisions, and generate original ideas. Our participation in this project is crucial for promoting Kuehne+Nagel as an employer and for introducing our business to the new generation of professionals at the start of their careers. This is just the start of our journey with this project!

Women In Logistics Leadership (WILL) is a network of colleagues who inspire and support each other. We raise awareness and promote gender equity and female representation at all levels at KN.

Talent Program
 We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our 9-month Talent Program, a journey of learning, collaboration, and growth. The program aimed to nurture exceptional talent for roles such as People Manager, Process Specialist, Reporting Specialist, System Specialist, Trainer, and HR Expert.

With over 150 applications, we selected 73 talented individuals through a rigorous process. Participants engaged in 7 diverse modules, attended interactive training sessions, and received continuous support from dedicated mentors. They tackled real-business challenges, developing innovative solutions aligned with our organizational strategy.

The program concluded with impressive project presentations, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking. Congratulations to all participants for their dedication and hard work

"I began my career in the Company in 2018 as an operator in an entry-level position, where I gained valuable experience and a solid understanding of the job fundamentals. Shortly after, I was promoted to a Supervisor role, which enabled me to develop my Team management skills. Following this, I spent two and a half years as a Process Specialist before advancing to the roles of Team Leader and later Team Manager. For the past two and a half years, I served as the Manager's successor, which prepared me for my current role as Sales and Marketing Senior Team Manager.

I support Succession Management process, Performance Enablement, global Korn Ferry projects, Forwarder Certification, Talent Identification, and various talent programs. I graduated from the local Talent Program for Future HR Experts in 2024. Being selected for this program was a wonderful experience that allowed me to learn about HR from different perspectives. We participated in numerous trainings, meetings, and group project, all culminating in a deliverable. Throughout the program, I met wonderful people and expanded my professional network significantly. Despite the challenges of balancing daily tasks with program duties, every minute of the experience was worth it."
