The Regional Talent Programme (RTP) runs its 5th year and more than 350 participants across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) have completed their development journey successfully. The mission is to aspire to cultivate local talents within a regional network and foster a strong customer perspective, enabling them to effectively lead and inspire our ever-evolving organisation.

What is the EMEA Regional Talent Programme?

The programme is an international development opportunity for our key employees, which focuses on providing a set of transformational leadership skills and working on the delivery of strategic-related goals. The programme lasts 10 months during which participants have an opportunity to participate in 4 learning modules with a focus on Employee and Customer Experience which is in line with our Roadmap 2026, upskilling Finance background, and of course work on project assignments within smaller teams on the company-related goals for Market Potential and Living ESG.
