“In 2021, I participated in the Transform Program, a high-level, 100% online training initiative. This program connected me with leaders worldwide, allowing us to share and tackle transformational leadership challenges together.

With the Road Map 2026 and Vision 2030 in mind, I focused on becoming a role model for future leaders. Simple yet insightful exercises, like coffee connections with KN leaders, helped us share life maps and build empathy. Over three months, I led a project using neurocognitive technology to understand my team’s decision-making and risk-taking, correlating it with KPI results to drive exponential sales growth.
